SMS Program
TradesQueue Scheduling Program · Operated by TECNOTO LLC
Last updated April 24, 2026
TradesQueue is a scheduling coordination platform that uses SMS to coordinate trade scheduling between residential home builders and their subcontractors. This page documents how consent is collected, what messages are sent, and how recipients can opt out.
1. Who sends the messages
SMS messages are sent by TradesQueue (tradesqueue.com), a product operated by TECNOTO LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Messages are sent on behalf of builder customers who have existing business relationships with the subcontractors receiving the messages.
2. Who receives the messages
Subcontractors (trades such as framers, plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians, drywallers, roofers) who have been added to TradesQueue by a builder they work with and who have affirmatively opted in by replying YES to a one-time consent request.
3. How consent is obtained
TradesQueue uses a two-step consent model: (a) the builder attests to a business relationship at the point of phone number entry, and (b) the subcontractor affirmatively opts in by replying YES to a one-time SMS before any scheduling messages are sent.
Step 1 — Builder attestation
A builder with an active TradesQueue account adds a subcontractor to their roster by entering the subcontractor's name, phone number, and trade categories at:
https://tradesqueue.com/dashboard/subs/new
Before the form can be submitted, the builder must check a required attestation checkbox containing the following exact language:
“I confirm I have a business relationship with this subcontractor and they have agreed to receive scheduling coordination messages from TradesQueue.”
The attestation is recorded with a timestamp and the exact wording shown to the builder. This record is retained for the duration of the subcontractor's enrollment plus four years after the relationship ends, to cover the federal statute of limitations for TCPA claims.

They'll receive an opt-in text immediately. Once they reply YES, they're ready for automated scheduling.

Required before the opt-in text is sent. Your attestation is timestamped and logged for TCPA compliance.
Step 2 — Subcontractor opt-in SMS
Immediately upon submission, TradesQueue sends the following one-time consent request SMS to the subcontractor. No other scheduling messages are sent until the subcontractor replies YES.
Verbatim opt-in SMS
TradesQueue: Acme Custom Homes added your number to send jobsite scheduling texts — availability requests and schedule confirmations. Reply YES to consent, STOP to opt out, HELP for info. Frequency varies with project activity. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply YES→ subcontractor is enrolled to receive scheduling messages
- Reply STOP→ phone number is marked opted-out; no further messages will be sent
- Reply HELP→ receives the HELP response (shown below in Section 5)
- No response → subcontractor remains in a pending state; no scheduling messages are sent
4. Message types and frequency
Once enrolled, subcontractors receive operational scheduling messages when a builder's active construction project requires their trade. Typical message frequency is 2 to 10 messages per weekduring active project periods; some recipients may receive fewer. Messages are not sent outside 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM in the recipient's local time zone without additional consent.
Message and data rates may apply.
